If you can get a copy, most of the information is still relevant. The book covers all the major dive destinations and dive sites in reef waters, from Lady Elliot Island to Cairns and even the remote Far Northern Reefs. However, the book also looks at the stunning dive sites that can be explored deep in the Coral Sea on special liveaboard trips. It also has sections on travel, dive conditions, the best time to visit, protecting the reef, dangerous marine life and underwater photography.
